What to Expect

What happens after I place my order?

1. After successfull payment at "Checkout" you will be returned to "LadderMover.com/Success..." and a detailed receipt will be displayed. You can save your receipt by bookmarking that "Success" page. Return to that page after 24 hrs to see your updated tracking number, we will call you when your package has been picked up. Orders are shipped by USPS "Priority Mail" and are delivered in 2-3 business days.

2. You will receive a basic receipt from FRB3 Inc which is prepared and emailed from "Stripe.com" for your Ladder Mover order. This usually arrives within 30 minutes.

3. You will receive a more detailed receipt with subject of "Receipt for Ladder Mover", which is emailed from "LadderMover@gmail.com" for your Ladder Mover order. This usually arrives within 30 minutes.

4. We will call you when your order has been pickup by USPS, usually within 24 hrs. You will also receive a detailed receipt with subject of "Tracking Number for Ladder Mover", which is emailed from "LadderMover@gmail.com" for your Ladder Mover order. Tracking is updated with an "Estimated Delivery Date" by the end of the first business day after the package is picked up.

Terms of Sale

1. We are offering for sale in the USA only, Ladder Mover, which is an adapter that turns your hand truck into a ladder moving device. The hand truck, ladder, tool box, and straps are not included.

2. You agree that you will not use Ladder Mover until you have read and understand the instructions provided on this website. The menu at the top and bottom of every web page on this site has a link to the instructions.

Return Policy

1. Ladder Mover has a 60-day satisfaction guarantee, or your money back. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return Ladder Mover to us within 60 days of the purchase date. It must be in new and resalable condition. The refund amount will be the actual price paid less shipping.

2. You must contact us and get an RMA (Return Material Authorization) before sending anything back to us. The 60-day satisfaction guarantee time period begins the day of your purchase; the count continues until you request an RMA. Once the RMA is issued, we must receive the returned material within 30 days or else the refund will be canceled.

3. You must provide a reason for the return; it will not affect your qualification for refund. The reason you provide will only be used to help us improve our products and services.

4. Please do not send anything to us C.O.D., you must prepay the return shipping cost. You are responsible for packing, arranging and paying for the return shipping.

5. You will be refunded the actual price that you paid for Ladder Mover, less shipping, but only after we receive Ladder Mover and verify it is in new and resalable condition.

6. Refunds will be made to the original purchaser and by the same method that was used when purchased.

7. All returned merchandise will be sold as "Used" at a reduced price, even if it has never been used. We never resale anything as "New". If we ever have "Used" merchandise available for sell, it will be stated on our web site and you will have to contact us before making your purchase and ask for "Used" product, otherwise you will only receive "New" product. You don’t have to worry about accidently getting "Used" product, we clearly mark it, and keep it separated from our "New" stock.
